Pathetic service

I need to cancel my service with Tracker. The call centre agent was so unhelpful.

Now I have been in the service industry for years and know what customer service entails as well as security but what I got was shameful.

Ironically the debit order has gone of my bank account for months yet they cannot verify my profile, so how is it possible that you were able to put a debit order in place if my profile does not match?
