I have spoken with a horrible client agent who was rude over the phone.

I had a situation where I wanted to talk to Sindisiwe Simelane and she kept on pushing to talk to me and she does not understand my situation.

She also told me to hung up and phone again I want to cancel my subscription I cannot be treated like a hooligan.
