Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!! But I have to pay for the service each month

I reported on Fri 6/7/2024 4:27 PM that my Tracker does not work and got feedback "We're currently undergoing a data migration process designed to improve security and ensure long-term accessibility for our valued customers" I am still waiting for a solution. This is pathetic service, I pay for a service that I do not get. Who is going to take responsibility if my vehicle gets ******>
