Pathetic Service

Two weeks ago I called tracker it enquire about their fleet management packages. I got through to the sales department. They advised on the plans they have , and told me that if i need cameras , there is a specialized department. They dont take calls , so they will provide them with my contact details to call me. That department never called me back to date. I sent an email to sales to go ahead with the plan that was explained, The quote had been cancelled the following day mind you. We started again was made to select a date for installation. I did, i recalled an address was not taken, I called to confirm only to findout that no booking was done.

All these problems happen before i have even installed the device . They service is pathetic, they riding on well know brand and providing rabish service . I Am canceling this service immediacy , I regret even giving them my banking details . When you can with a complaint all the team leaders are busy and promise to call back and they dont
