Pathetic service!

Giving this company a 1 star is still a compliment, the most useless staff I have ever dealt with in my life. Changed bank to RMB Private bank, updated my details with them to debit my account. After a month of not debiting my account I struggle to get a hold of these clowns, another month goes buy and another, eventually they phone me asking for their money. I continue to explain the situation where the consultant tells me they will debit the outstanding amount along with a recurring monthly fee, to which I agree. Yet no debit and the cycle restarts!

Today I get called by another pathetic **** of a company called Blake and associates! Demanding personal information and me paying them directly.

This is unacceptable business practice, I will block all these companies from phoning me and give all relevant details to my lawyer, I will take my vehicles to get fitted by a proper tracking company which doesn't drop the ball. If I cannot even get a hold of them to pay an account, how on earth will I get a hold of them to find my assets.
