Pathetic disapointing horrible service !!!!!

On the 28/01/2016 at 15:39 I called Tracker on *** and spoke to Shennan to advise her that, I'm selling my car that has a tracking device installed by their company, when I made this call the gentleman who bought my car was with me. I was then transferred to Adrian Shadrack De Vos who assisted the buyer because he wanted to take over the Tracker contract when buying me car, as a result the contract will be no longer in my name Sibusiso Mdakane as from the 01/02/2016. The conversation lasted almost an hour with the new owner, they got his details, names, home address, work address and banking details of where the premiums will be debited from. On 01/02/2016 I called back and spoke to Gershwin Robain to follow up on my cancellation request as I was buying a new car and needed to have a tracking device installed but he advised me that there are no records of the call I made with the buyer on the 28/01/2016 but I insisted that, the call was made and they must come back to me. I have sent numerous emails to the company but till now have not got any response. Today I phoned the company every hour but got no joy and had to repeat my self to 5 different consultants. client for 8yr
