Pathetic Customer Service from Tracker
Tracker always wants you to buy new products but when you try cancel nobody knows what to do! Just spent over 20 minutes being shunted from one call centre agent to another with no result. All I am trying to do is give a month's cancellation notice for the Tracker Home-Smart Geyser contract but nobody can assist. I am thinking of cancelling my car contract as well.
