Pathetic comunication
Why is there no option for Zero stars? Anyway, Tracker are responsible for my account falling into arrears due to the incorrect back account number on their system. They've been debiting my account for 3 years from the same account and when i added a vehicle, the account number changed on their system. I can still deal with this, but the fact that I received NO communication about this, beats me. NO SMS, phone call, E-mail for 4 months? Yet their sales dept will call NON-STOP trying to sell you "Add-on" products. Another problem is their APP, you cannot insert your Cell phone number - not in any format...??

Reason: Just received an SMS from Brooks&Luyt Att - "Tracker has appointed Brooks&Luyt Att to assist you with an affordable payment plan on your outstanding account". Also, I was told in the phone conversation that my APP would be unblocked to track/view my vehicles - not happening?? Calling the call centre, takes at least 40 mins of my airtime without achieving much.

20 Aug 2021, 10:31Still USELESS...!!!!!!! Both vehicles are in daily use, yet the APP updated 6 days ago. Now how on earth will my vehicle be retrieved when ****** if both units are faulty??? I need to get away from this company....!!!! Then the only person calling me, is the one monitoring this HP reviews. All my other E-mail queries are not attended to, although I am getting reference numbers with this message: "We are in receipt of your email, if your email requires a response, kindly note a Tracker consultant will be in contact with you. Please do not respond to this message as it has been sent from an automated account."
We lost 4 vehicles in our company in the last 1 months that was ****** and covered by Tracker, never found - 0 out of 4 - must tell a story about this Company's efficacy!!
