Pathetic Administration
Around July 2015 I requested for a tracking device on my 2nd vehicle. After the technician installed the unit, the airbag light never went off. I had to plead with him to mention this on the certificate. The supervisor inspected my vehicle later that evening and indicated that Tracker will arrange for BMW to reset and tracker will pay. I made numerous calls for almost 2 months in order to have this sorted out. I was always promised that the Supervisor will get back to me which never happened. I then sold my vehicle and lost R10k on the deal as the buyer suspected that there was major fault with the airbag. I had no money to reset this on my own and was not sure if it would have resolved the problem. Since September, I was informed that the debit order will be stopped for the vehicle I sold. Up to November 25th, the debit order is still going off. I made many calls to the call centre and always promised that someone will contact me. Tracker is basically *****ing money from my account. I need reimbur*****t for the past few months urgently. Tracker should even compensate me for the R10k loss with the sale of my car, as it is due to the workmanship this had happened. Poor admin
