Pathetic!!!

I cant believe that Tracker is this pathetic! A year ago I complaint right here on Hello Peter and they said they had sorted their nonsense account after Budget insurance paid them what ever the claimed i owe. Now they have lawyers calling me saying I owe then AGAIN??? really how pathetic can one be?????
