Pathetic
Completely useless. I sent my updated banking details MONTHS ago. Made payment with their snapscan option THEY sent me, using THEIR reference. They could never find either. All of a sudden they can only find my banking details and debit 5 months worth. Which was already paid. If they can't find a payment with their own references. M make no mistake, they can't find your car. They won't even cancel.
