Pathetic!!!!
My insurance company requested a movement report for my car insurance claim. We called Tracker on 19th December 2018 only to find out they disabled the device on an incorrect car...not as per my request.
To make matters worse, Nozinhle Ndlovu promised to do a call retrieval and revert back to me. To this day she has not gotten back to me. I sent her an email on 21st December 2018 to follow up.
Guess what? She did not even bother to respond.
