Over promise and under deliver

if this is the service i get after a week what is going to happen when i really need their help.<br> <br> We fitted a skytrax unit they were quick to get the business and now that they have it they don't care about me as the customer. I phoned and tried to get the service im paying for and as i explained to the sales man i need to pull my km for work purposes i need to go into the program to pull my km for reimbur*****t they didn't want to help was quicker for them to say i can't do that only my husband can and that is not the agreement because as i explained to them he is on site without a computer and im the one driving the car. i also told them i have to have my log-sheet in by 9 otherwise im not getting paid for the km i was driving. 09H23 and still no reply from them.
