OVER DEBITED

I would like to know, why for the month of August I was Debited R1069, the previous month I was told it was because of the lousy sms service that I was using, then that service was cancelled as I thought it was a *******!!! Hence for the month of August I did not receive one sms from the \add on"sms service. So if somebody at Tracker could give me an explainantion and my money be paid within 3 days or you can come get your ****en tracing unit out of my vehicle! end of story"
