Over charged
Skytracker is *********** people..my monthly subscription with them its R199..and I was charged for the sms notifications an amount of R218 extra in Jan,so my total debit went to R418.I called them to deactivate those sms they sending me,bcs I can't pay R218for notifications only..they confirmed its cancelled on their system,to my surprise this month um debited R787again..en when I cAll to query they telling me they can't help as they don't even find the call recording..they cannot even deactivate my contact with them because it will ruin my name..I don't know what to do now,um so frustrated I regret why I di business with me
