I moved from bidrack to Tracker after Luzaan Lotter from Tracker assisted me with oustanding customer service. She went the extra mile by sending the installer to the dealer where my car was almost ready for collection (for my convenience) and kept me in the loop throughout the process up to completion. She explained to me the product and associated service in detail, which gave me peace of mind that tracker is the right partner to choose.
