<p>I purchased a vehicle and i has assumed that the dealership and sales person had the vehicle details and my well being with the vehicle covered and caputured correctly , sadly that was not true , 1 st call resolution is what i exeperienced with an Outstanding Agent from Tracker , his name is Eugene Dlamama, he not only verfied details but he cared, he was conistant and he had answers for every questions pertaining to the vehicle and the tracker produc t that i asked about . </p> <p> </p> <p>i hope and wish that the company is aware of the dedicated staff member and others like him such as Henry (for got his surname ) and Eugene. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Gents . not only for great service but also for the after sales service so many people foget about. </p> <p> </p>
