Ongoing debit order issues!

Extremely poor service requests was sent in JANUARY already for tracker to be cancelled yet they keep debiting the account! I see this is a general problem and many complaints maybe you should start sorting out your accounts department and pay everyone back for the bounced bank acc fees as well, its not the customers problem if you dont read your emails of requests sent.
