one week for installation

so I bought a new vehicle last week. The day after I made contact with the sales person at Tracker to assist with application and installation of new product. This was last week Wednesday. I was told that someone from installation will phone me to make a booking. To date no one has contacted me for this. I did send an email to the sales person to voice my disappointment and question why it was taking so long... NO response... You are the company of choice because my husbands work uses you, my company uses another very well known tracking company, our installation for the company vehicle gets done with in one day of application. Interesting, think I should move my business.... if you before sales service is so bad I fear that my car should be ****** and I should rely on you to track my vehicle!!!
