One hand does not know what the other is doing

I cancelled my account with Tracker on the 13/5/2015 . I recieved confirmation letter stating the fact. <br> Tracker got this system wher a computor dials your no and the you must press either number to connect . This simple machine called me for days afterwards , and eventually stopped .Today the 21/7/2015 I recieve an E Mail that I MUST CONTACT THEM AS THEY ARE UNABLE TO REACH ME . Seriously my cancellation letters were E Mailed to me , but they can not reach me to cancel . I CANCEL AND WAS ASURED THAT EVERYTHING WAS FINE . <br> Therefor the one does not know what the othjer is doing.
