I also confirm having been contacted by your business representative Thozama with on going calls. I will always have queries until everything is functional to my satisfaction. I will not be a happy client if there are still gaps and missing puzzles to the service requested. My business is affected until the service is functioning 100%. Investigations and feedback doesn't help me to be honest if the service requested is not fully functioning.
