NUISANCE CALLS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION TO SELL PRODUCTS

Today I was once again bothered by a call agent called Kagiso - who is as per usual trying to sell me a new tracker device.

1 - How and who gave them permission to contact me. 2 - How did they get my contact details? 3 - When I asked him the questions he simply tells me it's predictive dialing so there is nothing he can do! 4 - When I ask who is his manager - he does not have permission to give me that information.

So companies like tracker can continue to bother customers mercilessly and there is just no recourse - no accountability - no privacy of my personal information - and I have no idea who else my information has been given to.

This is just absolutely SHOCKING! At the very least I would expect them to call and say!!!!

My name is Kagiso I am calling from Tracker Have you given permission for us to call you? If the answer is NO - Tell the customer where they obtained the information from - Delete the information DO NOT CALL AGAIN RESPECT PEOPLE'S PRIVACY
