Not Reliable Tracker

been with Tracker for the past 7yrs. after the 1st year I began to experience problems with the finances where i am debited on random days and not the days stipulated, due to them not adhering agreements , the correspondence, some of the call Centre agents are rude and unhelpful, and the tracking device that gives the wrong information. I have experienced situations where I have alerted them of a situation and only got called back a hour later or no call at all.

Tried cancelling with them, to be told i can not cancel according to one of the agents
