Not concerned about safety

I have just started using this service and now stuck in a 3 year contract.

They guaranteed safety but safety is not really their concern

1. Sunday i went into a high risk zone, this was @ 9:30 am and they decided to send notification at 12 noon.

2. My car drives to a certain area on a daily basis and they never called to findout if we were ok as the car is going into that area but today they just decided to call after 2 weeks of going to such area, I explained to the caller that the car was with my wife and i needed to call and findout if she was ok and the caller was interested in me confirming my cell number

3. Was told that they key ring, if they car and the key ring get separated they will need to findout if we are in ok, this was told when purchasin a product. Well Sunday i used spare key...... they key ring was in the house all the time but tracker never detected that.

What are we really paying for?
