NOT A CLUE HOW TO OPERATE A SECURITY BUSINESS

What a thoroughly useless, clueless and may I add pointless company. I have reported on them previously for creating an emergency when there wasn't one and causing a panic for my nominated contact person. The battery on my keytag goes flat but to these imbeciles it is an emergency.

A few months ago their emergency Nº calls me ....and then puts me on hold. It happened again 2 days ago!?!? There idea of managing an emergency is to call you up and then "hold til we put you through to one of our agents". ***?!?! Useless bunch of clowns posing as a security company but in actual fact just attracting income. And then outsurance insist on using them to insure my bakkie. This smells of ***** and *******ion as any security company as bad as tracker should be shunned, ignored, forced out of business. Just look at all the numerous complaints on hellopeter, and those are only the ones people bother to write a review about.

Contacted me twice, last friday and earlier, nothing of any consequence was offered or discussed. Mere platitudes and apologies were offered. I stand by my statement that trackers systems are dysfunctional, if they ever were functional, and the staff employed are clueless as to how to operate a security company. Not a grain of common sense amongst them! Any security company that calls you in an "emergency" and then places you on auto-hold has clearly lost the plot?!?!
