Non Existant Customer Service - Sies!

Atrocious customer service. Heck if I actually managed to speak to someone apart from the receptionist / switchboard operator I would consider myself lucky. No less than 7 phone calls to Tracker since 10h15 this morning and still noone deems it necessary to call me back. I have left two messages with two different switch board operators only to be told by the 2nd lady that someone MIGHT contact me within 24 hours!! Does this 'service' leave me with a warm fuzzy feeling that my vehicle is in safe hands ??? The crazy thing is that not too long ago your service was impeccable and I was blown away by calls out of the blue if I happened to be in a strange area not common with my normal travel. Time to move on to a company that does have its clients best interest at heart it seems!!
