NOBODY TO TAKE YOUR CALL RIGHT NOW
I received an sms that my premium on tracker has not been paid. Phoned my insurance company, because the premium is going through them. Insurance company confirms all payments are up to date. I TRY to phone Tracker to confirm the payment as Im scared my Tracker will just be cancelled without my knowledge, but for every single option I choose i get NOBODY IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE YOUR CALL RIGHT NOW. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????What if i had an emergency? This is totally unacceptable. I am a paying client and i would like to speak to someone that can clarify my issue with my device.
