No use having Tracker in your vehicle

My car was ****** on the 31/08. They did not find my car even thought the fact that the car was ****** without my key, or the they unit on my key that is suppose to alert them if my car is driving without this unit. And the tracker personnel argued with me that I don't have that unit on my key, event though I have and used to be contacted in the past if I drove my car without their unit in the past! I will never use their services again. And the funniest part is that I pay R241 per month and their current most advanced units on their website is R200 per month
