no track...

My car was ****** yesterday, I received an sms from tracker saying that my vehicle was moving and i should reply if everything was fine, i did not as i did not hear the sms.only 20 mintes later was i phoned, i ran out to see my car was ******. Tracker is the biggest load of **** ******** ever. It is 22hours later and neither the unit or the car has been retrieved, what is the point of a tracker if you cannot pin point the exact location?!?! And we have to phone to find out what is going on. Worst service ever. All these adds that you have of recovering cars in 20minutes... Lies lies lies!!!!! I will never ever ever use a tracker system in my life!!! And i will never ever ever refer anyone to install tracker!!!! We struggled for a year to buy the car of our dreams, and upon buying our dream car, we decided to use tracker out of all the companies out there because you are the \best\", we had our car for 18days... 18 days...this is the biggest dissapointment that I have ever experienced... I still dont know what is happening and all you can say is the vehicle is being tracked..... 22hours later.. Seriously... Seriously?!?!?!? The worst..."
