No Technician sent out.

I have three vehicles with tracker. Tracker did a manual test on one of my vehicles and the tracker unit did not respond. Tracker sent me an SMS asking me to contact them. I contacted them at which point they repeated the test which also failed. They promised to send a technician to check the vehicle. After numerous calls to tracker and subsequent tests of the unit (which all failed) they have still not addressed the problem or come out to check the vehicle. It is very frustrating, each time I contact Tracker, the person knows nothing about the history and the unit is tested while I hold on and then once again a promise is made to send out a technician. This has been going on for about a month now. This is very poor customer service especially after I have been a loyal customer for a number of years.
