No service support

Tracker is funny, they delete mails without reading (Melissa Naidu) while the rest tells you there system is working. I have yesterday provided a print screen showing that the system is not updating on my side, still tracker maintains the system is operational and they cannot understand why I cannot get it to work. I have been submitting reports and update my trips on a weekly basis for more than 1 year and suddenly as per tracker I do not understand the system. Este indicates that this might be an engineering problem and might not be able to be fixed. What b u l l s h i t is this.<br> <br> Can someone at tracker please indicate why such ******* service needs to be paid for!
