No service for faulty Tracker invalid alert notificatio

Tracker Connect does not have a customer service or any sort of support at all. Be very careful when choosing a tracking company. If you choose Tracker you will not receive technical assistance related to a signal consistently sent from your vehicle. Although you follow all the instructions from the service desk, who responds to the alerts. Tracker will cosidtently call you since they recieve all the signals. When you ask for support, nothing will be done. I rep**** to sn enail reksted to the Alerts asking for a technician. No support, nothing. When I financed my vehicle I had to make use of Tracker. But according to me it is just a formality. I don't receive a service at all.
