No Service at all
<p>I am now sick and tired of calling tracker to report a problem and getting no results.</p> <p>First I have to hold on for ever, explain my problem, hold on for someone else, If they decide to answer get told they will call me back. I got called back one, got told they will come back to me and nothing happened.</p> <p>More than one a week I get calls from tracker at least 15 minutes after driving.</p> <p>If I answer the line on the other side is dead.</p> <p>Sometimes by the ford call there will be a computer voice.</p> <p>There system does not work, They don’t want me to go to the local Tracer installer, because they want to check the system, but they don’t come back to me.</p> <p>In the mean time I keep getting calls and sms’s from tracker while my car is parked. NOT MOVING</p> <p> </p>

I did receive the new unit and started using it.
Since then I did not receive any calls, Thanks.
Can I ask, what about my second question?
I did ask the question a few times but do not get an answer, and I don’t think I am the only one who gets this problem...
When my phone rings with a call from you and if I answer there is nothing and it goes dead, Then my wife's phone ring rings and the same thing happens.
Sometimes after 3 calls to each phone there will be a computer voice stating that it is a call from tracker asking you if you are safe.
Sometimes all calls simply goes dead.
In a real emergency this will not help much.
Do you have a solution for this problem or not?
