No sense of urgency!!

<p>So I resigned at Tracker about 3 months back. A month later I send them my withdrawal forms so they can send them to Alexandra Forbes on my behalf as per procedure. I was told they send them once every month end. No problem. So yesterday I called Forbes to find out how far my application is, I was told nothing of mine was received by them. How does that happen?? This is the question I have for Gita Rajmoney. It is evident that this lady is *********** for this job. She couldn't tell me why my forms were not sent or even have urgency for me at all. I literally had to sit on her neck calling and emailing her so she can send my stuff!! I now realize why I left the company. Whoever receives this I'm hoping I get assistance or I can take this further. Simple!!!</p>
