No response to emails from tracker. Very bad service, should be ashamed of yourself.
I was dealing with Katleho Gonya who responded to my emails very quickly. When I contacted het on 30 September 2018 to cancel the product she ignored my email. Today is 3 October and I have heard nothing from her. I also sent an email to ********** on 27 September 2018. I have had a reply with this reference number WI822122 but nothing since. Why bother with an email where clients can submit emails but no one bothers to respond.
