No response

Good day<br> <br> I pushed my panic button yesterday the 30/09/2015 and again this morning 01/10/2015 and have yet to have a phone call from you neither did a response vehicle come out to see if i was ok. What would have happened in th event my vehicle was ****** or hi jacked.<br> <br> I am not happy with this and yet you are taking my money every month<br> <br> What are going to do about this , the media should hear about this
