No Recovery - No feedback

On the Sunday 26th April, i requested tracker to find signal and track down my vehicle which at the time was ******/ taken without permission by relative. I provided a police report number and everything as requested by them to activate the unit (tracker Alert). I was told repeatedly by call centre agents that they are unable to pick up signal on m vehicle everytime I inquired. i received a few text messages to inform me they are unsuccessful, this carried on for 1 day- thereafter it was quiet. Nobody called me, no text messages, nothing. As if they had forgotten that there is a vehicle out there that needs to be recovered. More than a week later... still nothing. Im wondering what exactly these monthly premiums paid to tracker are for if they are unable to find signal on a car in over a week of it disappearing and all they can say is there is nothing they can do either. Over and above the fact that the unit just simply has failed me- what upsets me the most is the lack of care that Tracker has displayed... nobody cares, they didnt even make a point to let me know if they are still attempting to find my car or not. Both their unit and service is pretty useless. i want it cancelled.
