No Management backbone
Pathetic Call Centre Managers who never want to engage or feedback to the clients. No response for over a week, consultants left to carry the load and no ability to resolve issues until Manager feedback. Seems there are more Chiefs than Indians in this organization...

Although frustrated at the managers - I appreciate the continued follow up by Wandile - an employee Tracker Connect can be very proud to have on the team!
