NO HELP FROM TRACKER CONNECT 5 MONTHS DOWN AFTER MESSING MY CAR
<p>TRACKER CONNECT MESSED MY CAR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS AGO AND TOLD ME TO FIX MY CAR BUT NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES THEY DID TO MY CAR. INSTEAD THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR MESSING MY CAR, TO PAY THEIR MONTHLY PREMIUMS AND STILL I DONT HAVE A TRACKER ON MY CAR. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A BIG COMPANY LIKE TRACKER TO ***** FROM THE POOR.</p> <p> </p>

Don't lie to say to say that I have been assisted accordingly because you just referred me to Cape branch and a guy by the name of Brian called me and told me they want to pay me R1800 only not the full balance. I asked him why he want to pay me that and his respond was the worst. Firstly , he admitted that the installer did not follow procedure and by running away after messing my car and he is paying the services of the Auto electrician but yet its not a tracker problem. You guys you need to man up and stop *****ing from POOR BLACK PEOPLE. How can you pay for the auto's job but yet its not your fault and you are admitting that your installer did not follow procedure. I have all the recording that recordings that I was speaking to the Cape town branch. If you say you have helped me that's a bunch of lies. But you tracker you are a bunch of ******* who doesn't want to take responsibility for messing my car. I want my money in full of all the expenses I incurred because of you sending an Amateur installer to do an experiment on my car.
