no help and bad service from their call center

so my car tracker stopped working on the 23 Oct 2015 and no one bothered to come assist me or follow up, then i took the initiative because its my car after all, i called and spoke to different people from 02, 04 and 05 of November 2015 speaking to (Hulisani, Lebohang, Mogadi, Zikhona and ashrine) they all made me wait hold on the phone for at least 20 minutes then say \we will have someone call you"of which i never got the call"
