NO FEEDBACK AGAIN

I wrote previously regarding monies deducted unauthorized from our bank account. It came out that the debit order was for a tracker installed in an unknown women's vehicle. After numerous emails sending letters and bank statements we still do not get proper feedback as to where the refund is. The lack of communication is extremely poor and we are really now finished waiting. The only way you get any response is to post here then you get some sort of answers. So Tracker I am awaiting your response please
