NO CAR WITH TRACKER - STILL BILLING AND BLACK LIST

My sister financed a car for me in 2014, after 3 months the car was returned to her due to me being unable to afford it. the Tracker system was installed under my name, I have informed Tracker on numerous occasions even via email of the transaction being taken over by my sister Donna Da Silva, who is the owner of the car.<br> <br> I have no contact with my sister, and I have given her details to Tracker on numerous occasions.<br> I cannot pay for something I do not have, hence I have been fuming as they have been debiting my account all the time despite the fact that I have told them that I don't own the car, the tracking device is still in the car it was never removed, yet they hound me and have handed me over to XDS, AND NORMAN BISSET AND ASSOC. the cheek of it all is that they SMS me to call THEM????? TO RESOLVE???
