No assistance while ******* *****ing vehicle

<p>It is appalling for me to think that I am even writing this review. Yesterday my mother had ******* come in her house at night to ***** her vehicle. A consultant from Tracker woke her up with a phone call advising her that her battery was removed. She was aware what was happening as she was asleep. She tells this consultant that she can people outside fiddling with her vehicle. She is however scared to come out of the house and check. This should be a no brainor. She is a lady who stays with kids and cannot place herself in danger by fighting off *********. Your consultant just said okay and hung up. No assistance what so ever from Tracker, to at least come and check the vehicle which has they unit and suppose to be safe guarding. Consultant just hung up. What is the purpose of Tracker callons my mother to tell her that her vehicle battery's is being removed however offer no assistance. Pathetic!
