No alert debited amount without my consent

I have been with tracker since 2016 at the beginning they were alerting me until I last receive a call from them 2021 but they continue debiting from my account I call them the say they are calling my daughter I ask them why they said they don't have my number but should the debit don't go through message is sent it to my number late last year I had a problem with my gear box it was removed the were no alert I call to ask where is my car they told me it is in Centurion where else it was not there and they say their system is still updating , I had a battery problem removing a battery no alert still now I phone to cancel the subscription the lady tried to convince me by lowering feeds not even apologetic about their inconvenience I refused now they debiting into my account without notifying me what is that amount for after cancelling and they debit on the date we never agreed on while I was with them
