Never signed an agreement with tracker

I am extremely disappointed with ….Without my authorization, they debited money from my account for a tracker service that I never agreed to or signed up for. I never consented to the service, yet money was taken from my account without any authorisation. To make matters worse, my account was handed over to debt collectors, even though I never signed any agreement with them. This is an ********* and unacceptable way to treat customers, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid doing business with this company.
