Negligent service from tracker

Absolutely disappointed in tracker service after they failed to contact me after my car guard was triggered, my vehicle and keys could have been ****** but what would they care, as long as the money keeps rolling in every month and should my phone have been ****** there are alternative numbers to contact but why do the trouble, further more no team sent to investigate or recover the vehicle, luckily my vehicle was in my possession and not ****** but what if? It would've been long gone due to trackers negligence
