Negligence by Tracker technicians on fitting a tracker caused a breakdown in a very dangerous place

I would like to raise a complaint for the technicians who fitted a tracker to my Scania truck for a very shoddy job. They did not secure/insulate the wires properly. It so happened that today on the 28th of October as the truck was travelling on a bad dirt road in Zimbabwe on its way from Zambia that the wires in the dash burnt and all power to the truck was cut off. The short circuit was caused by naked wires touching. This was very negligent on their part and could have caused the loss of the vehicle. This should never have happened. I had to go to the expense of getting an auto electrician to fix the truck at night the driver could have been ****** all just because some people couldn't do their job properly.
