My Money, is not Yours

I want my money back!!

I am extremely upset about the debit order of R450.90 that went off for my new device. As I understand, its Pro rata September and for the month of October.

Whilst I am happy with the pro rata for September and the full month of October, the problem is that on the 22nd August I paid R226 premium for the full month of September (already). I would have expected a credit on this amount as my old unit was only utilised on the 1st and 2nd September. If there was a 30 day cancellation requirement, I should have been told this upfront as I was never on contract, and on a month to month.

If this information was told to me upfront that there is a 30 day cancellation period, then I would have waited until 1 October to have the new device installed.

Please credit my account with the 28 days in September on my old unit which I paid for and was not using the service.
