my account is debited again after i cancelled

I am so dissapointed in this unproffessional and reaping of service of tracker, i joined them in 2012 and signed a 3 year contract with them, so their contract ended in 2015,but they never let me know instead continue debitting, so in jan 2016 i phoned them to cancel and they said they have cancelled my account, in feb i recieve d an sms saying i am owing 228 and then feb 17 my account was debitted by Tracker again after i cancel, funny enough i had cancel in jan, now i am debitted doyble, lastly not even in a single day they were able to call me and locate my car, so i really dont know why my account was debitted again after i cancelled, Tracker staffare rude to us as customers on the phone, they dont value our complaints, i just dont want anything to do with tthese Jew company tracker, who are steaaling our money for no service rendered, i curse the day i installed tthat useless device in my car, so Tracker please stop *****ing my money and deactivate that account as i rewuested in january 2016<br>
