Mr. Mabunda Tracker Assist

My colleague was in distress regarding his new vehicle as it had no tracking device and leaving at the high risk area where vehicles are ****** or hi-jacked every split second. His been contacting the relevant companies for the past three weeks to assist with fitting the device but they failed him and never got back to him. Today whilst I was on duty, Mr. Marothi Mabunda from Tracker Co. Product Performance department, was attending a call to fix aerial signal. I approached him and explained everything concerning my colleague's challenges. He did not hesitate to call customer service (Tracker) and get assistance for my colleague. My colleague was happy cos the matter was solved and attended to by relevant department. M. Marothi Mabunda is of value to Tracker Company.
